Pulled a double shot with oat milk last night and the dark chocolate notes really came through, smooth as silk. This is the first espresso blend that hasn’t turned bitter on me even when I let it sit a minute.

I’ve pulled shots every morning for two weeks straight and the dark chocolate taste comes through clean, even with oat milk. The grounds are so fine and consistent that my machine’s basket levels out perfectly, no channeling at all.

The dark chocolate and toasted nut notes come through beautifully in a latte, and it stays smooth even when I push the shot a little long. This bag won't last me long.
